The bottom cage is a pets at home large cage and the top one is a ferplast criceti 15. they are connected together with the ferplast tubes.
Is this cage setup too big for a new hamster from the pet store? Would it overwhelm them? Maybe I should start off with just some of the setup?
The last hamster I had was a syrian, and as breeding has been
heavily not recommended, it would be nice to get a dwarf hamster. Unfortunately, I don't know much about them so a bit more info would be nice.
I know you all don't think breeding is an option, but I am not a beginner with hamsters and I may want to get a syrian anyway
just in case. Which would be best for what I have?
