Hello,

Im sorry you are going through this. Bluntly speaking, if your hamster has passed on then he will be quite stiff and ridged after a few days.

You can place a mirror under their nose to see if it slightly steams up but a hamster in hibernating or near hibernating state will be more drowsy acting.

It sounds sadly like your little one has moved on to the bridge if he isn't responding to heat and being gntly massaged in your hands
