That does get cold, If there is no other option than that room I would keep the cage up off the ground, away from windows and doors. If you close curtains and doors does it stay warmer? Offer plenty of bedding, you could use card to insulate the sides of the cage - that’s all I can think of right now.

Could you move him into a warmer room just over night? The hall, kitchen or bathroom if they are warmer?
