hi I've just found your response to a question below. I've tried a few times to knock the base off the Trixie leif house but can't budge it. Any tips? Thanks!

It also dpends on what type of hamster you have, Syrians will fit, but very larg syrians may not, I noticed my largest syrian 180g at the time chewed one of the holes on the inside to make it bigger.
You may also need to knock the base off if your hamster toilets on the wood.[/QUOTE]
