Hello, to be short today I bought a package of dried grass and hay for my hamster. In the package it says that is for rabbits and hamsters. I added the layer grass on top of the soft paper I always used. The little guy was very curious of the grass at the beginning. He even woke up and direclty started smelling, exploring and then playing with it while chewing it sometimes. The thing that worries me a bit is that the smell of the grass is very strong. When I put my nose it feels to me that it might cause issues in his breathing even tho the smell is like real grass but strong. The little guy isn't showing any odd behaviour until now and seems comfortable walking in it than with the paper. Is it dangerous putting it and will it cause problems in his breathing ?
