I can see why blocking that tube might be a problem, I thought you might have been referring to a tunnel in the cage, it’s best to avoid cages with external tunnels like that, they can get blocked or they may nest in them & pee in them which is also a problem.
Where exactly does she sleep in there? I’m a bit confused as there seems to be very little substrate & no house.
