They’re fine to be used in moderation, just as an occasional treat.
Don’t feel you have to give your ham chews though if you have difficulty finding them, as long as your ham has a good diet they aren’t necessary.
nettle root & dandelion root are fine too but again only in moderation, dandelion root in particular has strong medicinal properties so should on be given in small pieces very occasionally.
