Are they sure they’re male & female? Russian ham pregnancy lasts around 18-21 days so it would be surprising if they hadn’t had babies by now really.
It can sometimes be hard to see that much of a difference when they’re pregnant I think, the swelling may not be too obvious but there would normally be changes in behaviour, trying to make a bigger well hidden nest if the habitat allows for that, maybe eating more.
I guess it’s possible if they are male & female she may have had babies & culled them if the living conditions aren’t suitable or the babies weren’t viable.
