She does look quite hunched, has she finished treatment for the UTi? Sometimes this can be a sign that they are in pain or unwell but it’s also fairly common for them to look hunched in old age too & your ham is a really good age now.
I keep an eye on her & see how she goes, if she seems fine in herself then it may be nothing to worry about but if you see any other signs that she may be unwell I would go back to the vet.
