What cage was she in when she was bar chewing? If it was a small cage it may be she was chewing due to lack of space & enrichment, the hamster heaven (used without the tubes & penthouse) is a good cage for a dwarf with enough space for plenty of enrichment & enough height for a 8-9” wheel.
If she was in a larger cage before then you might want to think about something like a detolf or a tank style cage, the Skyline Small Pet Terrarium Marrakesh available from Zooplus is a good option, I’m not really up to date with tank type cages so someone else might have more ideas.
