It does look really nice, if the glass dish is on a platform it should be fine, it might be better to have something lighter if you want to really err on the side of safety but I wouldn’t worry, how deep is it, hard to tell from the photo.
I think the safety of the log will depend on the individual ham & it’s habits tbh, most of my Russians haven’t tended to move things like that with burrowing but some might, not sure about a robo, one of my Chinese has two quite big cork tunnels in her cage & I often can’t even find them so if you had a ham with those kind of burrowing habits maybe not quite so safe1
