My Lulu has this around her eyes can someone please tell me what it is

I noticed my hamster has these pink spots on her eyes I first noticed a while back it was so tiny I though it was a bald spot from scratching however I don't see her scratching all the time or constantly. Then it looks like this if someone knows please let me know.
