Allspan is very popular & widely used in Germany so I’m pretty sure it would be safe but unless any of our German members can help you out I don’t think anyone here will have had personal experience. with it & I’m not sure if you can get it in the UK. or not.
I may be wrong but I think it’s hemp or very similar, hemp is generally fairly low in dust but I find Kaytee less dusty tbh.
