She's probably just being a bit territorial in the cage, it's best to use something like a large mug, a tube with the end blocked off, a little box or something she will climb into so you can safely transport her out of the cage.
Set up a safe play area, maybe a playpen if you can get one, where you can sit with her & give her toys & a wheel to use & slowly let her get used to interacting with you. At first she may just climb on you or run over your hand but she will get more used to handling.
Some people use the bath for this but I wouldn't recommend it for any of the dwarf species.
