I've been without a hamster for a couple months and I've been trying to wait for a rehoming / adoption opportunity to come along but to no luck.
I'm from Ireland and I live hours away from any potential hamster breeders and there is rarely ever hamsters needing rehomed where I live or within an hour of where I live (which is the longest distance I could travel to adopt).
I really want a new hamster I've been so sad not having one. I've bought from pet stores in the past before I knew all about how bad it is buying pets from them...
I'm struggling between ignoring my morals and buying one from a store because I miss them so much or possibly waiting for many more months hoping a rehoming case comes up somewhere close
Any honest advice as to what you would do in this situation?
