I have just had a look at the hamster mixes that you have listed. I cannot see the nutritional value of the 1st mix but the second mix is not very balanced (Juby’s food).
The amount of fibre is good, but the fat and protein contents are a bit off. There is 9.5percent of fat which is a bit too much - the recommended amount is 4-7 percent. Also, the protein content is a little low at 15 percent (17-19 is recommended). To solve this, I would mix another food with low fat and high protein to balance it out.
Mealworms are high in protein, but also high in fat so I would feed them in moderation.
