Take the extra cage and call it a day. Ask for a tank type for pups as they can get through some bars. You could just use a large storage box for one group as a home for a few weeks till they are adopted. You actually need two cages for the pups as they need to be in male and female groups till they are at least 6 weeks old. We tend to keep ours till 7-8 weeks but if they are well grown then 6 weeks is fine to rehome them. I'm sure you will have them nice and tame so they will be in demand as lots of people are looking for hamsters now.
Don't set your heart on them as it may not work out as I said with such a young mum. If you don't have any by 17days after you got her then they are not coming I'd say. If she seems unwell also then she needs to be seen by a vet in case something isn't right. The pet store should pay for that if needed.
Good luck
