I can't comment on the dried mixes, simply because i'm not familiar with them but somebody will be.

The foods you dish up look like a good variety to me but i wouldn't give anchovies because of the salt content. Plain chicken is a better alternative which is also available freeze dried.

Brown linseeds would be a good addition, they lick them up and they're good for their fur. Sunflower seeds in their shells are good treats and the odd piece of nut. They like a peanut in the shell to crack open as well.

My dwarfs love cucumber and the Syrian is fond of pepper, yellow, red, green, orange, he has no preference, sweetcorn and celery.
I don't give them lettuce because i can never remember which variety is suitable and which one isn't.

Avoid anything with citrus or onion which i'm sure you're aware of.

My Syrian likes a fresh herb leaf now and again like basil or parsley but the dwarfs are not keen. He is very fond of a small piece of mild cheese as a treat.

They all love a Whimzee dog chew to gnaw on, the little toothbrush type.

I'm only listing the foods you haven't mentioned and the ones you have are all liked my hams as well.
