Default Is this an okay diet? probably not?

Though a beginner/novice, sort of worried after finding huge gaps in my behavioral/housing/tubes knowledge.

So may I get some feedback on whether these hammy diets work or not?

Freya the Female Syrian

1. MAIN: Versele-Laga's Crispy Muesli - Hamsters & Co. (crispy-muesli---hamsters-co | Versele-Laga Crispy) >> BTW, this is what the breeder shop here recommended.
2. ADDED TO MAIN EVERY OTHER DAY: Now Real Food's Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds (https://www.amazon.com/Foods-Organic.../dp/B00B9AT6LO)
3. EVERY OTHER DAY DURING SOCIAL HOUR: Fresh veggies (broccoli, collard greens, carrots etc)
4. ONCE A WEEK DURING SOCIAL HOUR: Hard boiled eggs (whites with a smudge of yolk)

**Discontinued...

*Dried mealworms >> She hates it. Wouldn't even go near the area where we scattered the mealworm for over two weeks, before we just got rid of it.

*Fruits (apples, bananas) >> She hates it too. Sniffs at it then passes by. But she does seem to like dried banana chips of which we've only given her once so far (worried about the sugary contents).

*Organic pine nuts >> I think she hates the smell of it. When I first tried giving her some, it was the only time she ever nipped me and ran off. Tried it again, and she would sniff and then wouldn't even approach thereafter.

*Frozen dried shrimp >> She nibbles on it some, but really seems to dislike it.

Juby the Male Dwarfy (I'm guessing a hybrid, but have no clue.)

1. MAIN: Bunny Nature Dwarf Hamster Dream Expert (https://green-chapter-shop.myshopify...am-expert-500g) >> The breeder shop told us to just feed what we feed the Syrian, but found that the little fella had trouble with some of the bigger seeds, nuts and flakes. So we went online and found this alternative.
2. ADDED TO MAIN EVERY OTHER DAY: Fresh veggies (broccoli, collard greens, carrots etc) >> We aren't social yet. And whatever is given is in really small quantities (don't want rotten smelling food in cage)
3. ADDED TO MAIN ONCE A WEEK: Hard boiled eggs (whites with a smudge of yolk), frozen dried shrimp

*BTW, we've only had the little fella for less than 2 weeks now. We've ordered some dried mealworms...since we threw out what we had as the Syrian hated it. We're not completely certain of what dwarfy likes and hates yet.

Are these acceptable diets? Also, are crispy proteins like frozen dried anchovies okay to give or are they too sharp in content?

Also, the site addresses aren't the sites I buy the food from, but only for reference. I can get everything above in Korea at reasonable prices.

I'm probably not a great hamster loving owner, but I am very smitten with my daughters. To imagine their sorrow if these hammies got sick or died early from diabetes, obesity or some other disease...is something I'd like to avoid, period.
