Do you have Ikea? The 78cm samla bin is just right

Also I found the Duna Multy on the zoomalia site you linked above

You won't get a cage costing less than that really, that is suitable for a hamster. And it's a very nice tank style cage. If you can afford it, it's better than the bin cage option above.
