No, from the times you listed that sounds perfectly normal. Hamster will get up to have snacks and/or pee during the day and you can't expect them to be running around like mad all night. Mine sits down next to her wheel every now and then for "breaks" but some prefer to do that in their nest and some do sleep in their nest during the night for a bit. Every hamster is different.

It is very unlikely that your hamster sleeps from 1 - 7am and then through the rest of the day. He/she probably gets up again once or twice for a few hours during that time to do whatever it is they do at night when you're sleeping. The best way to find out your hamsters schedule is to set up a camera and record all night. You need a huge memory card though and looking through it can be very boring.
