I think there are quite a few of us on here who use Kaytee Clean and Cosy, and I've just switched to it myself from wood shavings. My dwarf seems to like it, and I don't find it to be too dusty. It also holds tunnels well in the substrate. Freya is in a detolf, so I don't have to clean too often, and a bag lasts me a while. I'm not planning to switch back!
