I just find given time they will normally come out a bit earlier, it's worth trying that for another week or so. Some hamsters you may never see at all, but as you have just got her I think it is possible she just needs a bit more time.
I think as the days go on they get used to the sounds around them and so I could eventually get near to him to give him food through the bars, then on my hand etc
You could also try going out of the room she is in and switching the lights off, keep the door open and see if she sticks her head out earlier. Or stay in the room and switch the lights off, it's sometimes a bit of an experiment to see what, if anything works.
