Often if you have a large enough house you can put a litter tray of some sort in there & they may use that or if the house has a lid you can just lift up you can access any peed on nest easier.
I would keep an eye on her burrows for now, check now & then to see what it's like. It is better to leave the nest etc alone as much as possible but you also do have to be sure there isn't pee building up so a bit of a balancing act really!
Thank you for the reply. I do have a wooden structure in the cage that house two house like features. She uses one as the entrance to her burrow but unfortunately there is no way to look inside them or check. It's been about a month now since I put her in the cage so I'll clean it soon. Maybe she'll get tired of me messing up her area and choose a new spot.
