I have no idea what that is but I doubt a sealant would be safe for hamsters, I don't know which country you're in so can't really recommend the best glue where you are but PVA glue is ok to use, don't use nails as they would be dangerous if your hamster chewed through the wood which may happen.
A wooden house also needs to be coated with something safe to pee proof it, here we use Plastikote water based enamel paint.
