I could be completely wrong here but i get the impression that you may be the one who is stressed and not your hamster.

To me it looks like your hamster is trying to get your attention so i would take her out of her cage and interact with her in a hamster safe area like a playpen. Only for a short while at first to find out how she likes being out.

Why do you think that your first hamster was stressed when she was with you? What gave you that impression?

I'm asking in case your first hamster displayed natural hamster behaviours that could be mistaken for stress.
