For cleaning out the tank use a small pet disinfectant - in the Uk there are ones by Beaphar, Johnsons and Safe4. This will ensure the cage is safe but not leave any bleach residue or aroma (as bleach would do). Even so rinse out well with water to remove any scent after leaving the disinfectant on for a while. Any ceramic or plastic items you can just give a good washing with washing up liquid for dishes - soap them all over and then rinse it off well.

The wood items - eg bark wood - are always the tricky thing. I am not sure whether freezing or baking is best - freezing certainly kills moth eggs but not all bugs.

Personally I would replace those items but freezing may solve it.
