Glad to hear she is doing better. As her brother died, I would be belt and braces about hygiene with hamster items and feeding etc. Just in case it was something contagious. Did you re-use any of his toys or bedding etc? Assume not, but also wash hands between hamster cages/feeding and assume you've thoroughly disinfected everything the one that died had and put it away somewhere.
