I suggest DIY cages or detolf cages, because they are usually the biggest. Bin cages are good too. If you are looking to buy a cage, I suggest you buy an aquarium cage. Those are good for dwarf hamsters. And if you are concerned about your hamster getting bored, provide lots of chews, hideouts, and toys in the cage.
