I give my dwarves fresh veggies six nights a week, probably in too large a portion but I give a thumbnail sized piece of brocolli every night in addition to two or three of the following: a half-thumbnail sized piece of cauliflower, a half-thumbnail sized piece of cucumber, a half centimetre of green bean, a thin round slice of baby corn,a rice-grain sized piece of carrot or some cut up spinach or lettuce.

They usually finish 80% of what I dish up for them.
