The only negative parts I can say about Comfort Wheels are that they're not that quiet(opinions vary on how loud they are - I personally wasn't that bothered) and that in my experience at least you might have to check for any uneven bits of plastic. The uneven bits of plastic sounds scary, but really it's easy to deal with - at the most you'd just need to sand things smooth and remove uneven pieces(a common issue with plastics so it's not surprising).

For the excess plastic part, this added explanation might make more sense. Essentially on the front lip of the wheel there was extra plastic(manufacturing process error - nothing that makes the wheel unsafe if corrected) which had to be removed. In my case this excess plastic came off easy enough after repeated bending and was smooth without sanding. In the future I would always sand such an object though just to be safe!
