What makes you think she's not drinking? Is she showing any signs of dehydration? Hamster really drink very little if they're healthy so as long as your hamster is active & appears to be healthy she is most probably drinking when you're not around.

I wouldn't put anything on the nozzle of the bottle as this would possibly lead to a build up of bacteria & may contaminate the water, it could also encourage chewing the nozzle which can become a habit with some hams & lead to the opposite problem, over consumption of water which is harmful.

NubiNuNu robos aren't prone to diabetes so that's not something you have to be concerned about.
