So my mum was in contact with a now confirmed case last Tuesday. We found out it was a confirmed case yesterday evening.

This morning she woke up with a temperature so we're all on 14 days self isolation. I'm pretty scared now even though we're all well fortunately, with no long term conditions. When you read about this in the news you tend to function on the assumption it won't happen to you.
