I don't know why her eyes are dark underneath. If she were a human I might suggest they sometimes are caused by lack of sleep, but I'm not sure if that happens to hamsters.

Thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot to me❤️ I知 monitoring Bijou for now because I don稚 think my vet thinks xrays and testing followed by surgery is realistic or safe, and I知 not sure if I壇 be able to afford it even if she did agree to it.
