Sorry I meant to answer that - yes if you had say 2 males and one lone female pup then better to leave her in with mum. The older sister will help care for the newborns.
It is sometimes possible to introduce the males to live with dad but if you have a pair then they can stay together anyway and be homed either alone or as a pair as long as the new owner is happy to watch and separate if need be. More than one female then just take them out as well.
