not a bad title. Chronic illness I get it. You can only do what you can do. The garden helps me get out of the house as I too have a chronic illness which sucks. On bad days I literally sit out side and do very little, hell sometimes I can't get out of bed. My mum and nieces help me too. So I get it don't worry.
I have 3 rescue dogs and they seem very sensitive to it, it's like they know when it's a bad day. Animals and gardening are the only things I can do now. Used to be really good at horse riding. Dressage and jumping, running through the forest like a looney. Can't do it now.
I hope this year your good days outweigh the bad
