I don't have any of these rn, but ik he likes sunflower seeds as they're one of the 1st things to dissapp from his food mix lmao. I'm currently on the hunt for sunflower seeds with the shells on, but no luck as of yet :( I have ones without the shells, but the shelled ones help to wear down their teeth iirc which is useful as he has so far showed no interest in any of his chews lol
