With my dwarfs (roborovski housed separately after fighting) they tend to sit inside their bowls, find their favourite things and then run and either eat it or store it somewhere, I like to think of it as guarding their treasure! The only times they stay still and eat it instantly is for their pumpkin/sunflower seeds as I guess they are too good to wait for lol.
For yours it may be a learned behaviour or she may still just be settling in, however I wouldn't be worried about it
