Default Re: Good lids for a detolf?

I made lists for my Detolf very easily. I made two lids and tied cord at the end of each one to lift them on and off.

As Mimi can get up high and I was worried about her lifting the lids up when she was younger (she's 200g and quite determined!) i found some baby cupboard catches. These might give an extra level of security to your lids with the cat, especially if you just use hardware store pine like I did: The sticky bit you attach to the glass and then the pad goes on the lid and the plastic catch beds round the right angle perfectly. They look like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dreambaby-M...s-Transparent/

I haven't figured out how to insert pics on here else I'd show you Mimi's house!
