Default Tank enclosure lid help!

I keep my syrian hamster, Cashew in a 100x40 cm tank. I bought it from a retired hamster breeder and currently, it has a wooden lid (with mesh) that she had made for it.
The problem is that it is not entirely secure/escape proof so I have to weigh it down with heavy items on top. This works for now but I would really like to upgrade the lid, so I don't have to worry about little Cashew escaping. He is also still quite small so he's using a 20 cm wheel. I bought him a 28 cm one that I can't wait to replace it with, but as it is much taller I fear that he could use it to escape as he has managed to crawl on top of his other wheel.

Does anyone know of a good DIY lid or something that is 100% escape proof so I don't have to weigh it down?
