There are unfortunately an endless list of unsuitable or even outright dangerous products for any pet, in any country, regardless of what kind of pet you have - this is even true of numerous awful dog products, and dogs aren't exactly uncommon pets or anything!
I remember there being mention of the Savic Geneva here as an unsuitable cage, but there are still all sorts of cages I've seen from the UK and other places that are just awful for all different pets.

I could certainly have listed more unsuitable and or dangerous products for hamsters and other pets, but that would definitely clog up this thread as the list does seem to never end no matter where you shop or what species you're buying for!
