Thank you Charlie Dunn. This morning my wife took him out to put him into the carrier for the trip to the vet and his eye was looking perfect...no swelling or muckiness at all. She decided it would be pointless taking him to be examined if there were no signs of anything visible.
It is so frustrating. I wish he would just get better and stay better.
