He’s still running back and forth (2nd night), but only seems to do it if he sees someone. He currently has 2 toilet paper tubes as well, and were going to get him some more stuff tomorrow.

Thank you all for the helpful advice. Just a question, when is the best time to place new things in his tank? Maybe when he is sleeping?
