Please try to stop this happening again. It's really not a good idea. Hamsters can turn in a split second and fight to the death. You may find it's been stressful having another ham in the tank with honey so he's trying to find the intruder and keep tabs on him.

May I suggest adding a mesh lid to the tanks to stop them getting out. It won't affect ventilation but will stop them getting out
