Default Re: Advice or information about condition?

She really was! And loved to get out of her cage and sit on my shoulder like a parrot while i do stuff, i was really unsure about hamsters until we got her she was so perfect and it was stress relieving just cuddling with her at the end of the day, it was my sons pet but i got so attatched to her too!
We have a place where we are going to put her box of ashes and we have found the perfect picture of her to print off and put in a frame above the box as we want to remember her, ive just told my boy she died in her sleep, thankfully he didnt see the blood as i cleaned her up, the worst part i think is that weve had a few relatives pass over so i got hampy as sort of a support for us as well, which she did really well.
Thank you for your kind replies i just felt so guilty and wanted to make sure this never happens again, its also helping to talk about it. People seem to think its just a hamster just get another one for £10 but thats not the point she was like family to us xx
