It looks like staining in her urine to me. And it looks the same color as her treats. I too would lay off of those, but for good.

Commercial treats are often not very healthy and should not be given on a regular basis, if ever. The fact that her urine is stained with it means she is eating a lot of it, and probably not eating as much of her regular, healthy diet she should be eating.
