I would lay off the hearts just in case it is them. If you can't see any blood on her actual body anywhere can you you try picking her up with maybe like a little bit of a kitchen roll or a towel so even if she's being squirmy it might be easier to keep a grip of her and have a look around the genital area and see if you can spot any blood. You could also try putting your hamster in a clear container or glass of something and look up from underneath and see if you can see anything. Bearing in mind that sometimes they can clean it away before you can see it so just try keep checking on it to see if you can see anything, if in doubt I would take her to the vets straight away.
