Hello. Are you able to provide any other photo of fluffy's eye?

Our little winter white hybrid has had an ongoing eye problem that looks very similar to Fluffy's.

Initially it was diagnosed as an eye infection as the area around the eye was pink and swollen and the eye had a white discharge.

Long story short, it turns out she had a bone infection caused by a mouth abscess that was causing the swelling in the general area of her eye and the eye discharge.

She didn't seem at all bothered by it but has been on oral antibiotics for three months now and thank God is looking a bit better.

Please consider taking Fluffy to an exotic animal vet and ask if his mouth can be examined for an abscess.
