They can get fur kids for all kinds of reasons. Our Robo started losing fur when he had cancer but his skin was not smooth like that but very lumpy like nodules. Diet can cause fur loss if they haven’t had enough protein in their mix and various other illness can cause it plus it can be normal in old age and older robos can look quite ropey and raggy. How old is he?

Hi there, she offered treatment first and then if after 2 weeks no improvement she will do a skin scrape, so we're not sure exactly what it is yet or what's causing it. I haven't seen any mites at all. He still appears to be eating well, drinking well etc. He gets plenty of protein, meal worms, nuts etc.
