Thanks for the help and advice on this. Yes, I think the potassium is washed out in the drinking and other vitamins too. That is why I am adding hamster vitamins to his water.
The first dose went down in the baby food ok tonight so I don’t have to give it by mouth. Luckily he has eaten every dose of every medicine in the baby food except the antibiotics which I did not risk.
